  • After days of research, I had eliminated my options for a new vehicle to three. The Encore, CR V, and a Rav 4. After test driving the Encore, the others did not even come close in comparison. I worked with Jerry Netland and he was awesome...I believe I got the best deal possible, and when I picked up my Encore the next day, it was spotless, had a full tank of gas, and Jerry spent an enormous amount of time showing me all the features (for the second time) and made sure I understood how to use them all.
