I was greeted as soon as I entered the service cener office, they had my appointment and brought up the service request promptly. The service center was very clean. The service would take 1-1 1/2 hours and I got a call when my vehicle was ready. I was a very good experience.

My car was in a fender bender. I was quoted very quickly and was back the next day to proceed with fixes. They told me that it would be two weeks and gave me a loaner to drive in the meantime. My car was done 6 days later and they had called me with updates every step of the way! The quoted price was a couple of hundred dollars over what was actually paid. They also cleaned out the inside of my car very well, which was an unexpected, but much appreciated surprise! Thank you Snell Motors for always going above and beyond!

My experience buying a new vehicle from Levi Mulcahey was excellent! I have 100 positives and zero negatives about the whole experience. Levi is great, very knowledgeable on all the features of each vehicle I chose to test drive. And being able to purchase the Envision I wanted (even though it was being held for someone else) was the icing on the cake! Levi took time out checking on any and all discounts. AND even beat my credit unions interest rate! I love your dealerships sales approach! You don’t send your salespeople running out door literally chasing your potential customers in their vehicles when we drive in your lot. That is the biggest turn off ever. I will definitely send friends and family to Snell and to ask for Levi!

Made a 11:00 am appointment online. Indicated I would be waiting. Dropped off early. Laura called at 2:30 pm to tell me the vehicle was ready. I explained I would pick up next day, because I left. Called to make an appointment to test the Electric Brake Module at 5:15 pm 1/7. No return call from my message. Truck was purchased in Kalispell,MT , Corwin Motors. This was our first service experience with Snell. We live local, this is our option. We have done business with Mankato Motors for years. We have been Chevy truck owners for as long. We couldn't be more disappointed with your business. As new GMC owners, we are open minded, however we are not impressed with you.
