My experience buying a new vehicle from Levi Mulcahey was excellent! I have 100 positives and zero negatives about the whole experience. Levi is great, very knowledgeable on all the features of each vehicle I chose to test drive. And being able to purchase the Envision I wanted (even though it was being held for someone else) was the icing on the cake! Levi took time out checking on any and all discounts. AND even beat my credit unions interest rate! I love your dealerships sales approach! You don’t send your salespeople running out door literally chasing your potential customers in their vehicles when we drive in your lot. That is the biggest turn off ever. I will definitely send friends and family to Snell and to ask for Levi!

My car was in a fender bender. I was quoted very quickly and was back the next day to proceed with fixes. They told me that it would be two weeks and gave me a loaner to drive in the meantime. My car was done 6 days later and they had called me with updates every step of the way! The quoted price was a couple of hundred dollars over what was actually paid. They also cleaned out the inside of my car very well, which was an unexpected, but much appreciated surprise! Thank you Snell Motors for always going above and beyond!

Took longer than my scheduled appointment to get my vehicle looked at. After picking up my vehicle get a call that the hatchback wasn’t reassembled and that the guy working on my vehicle may have left tools. Seems like it was a rushed. Paid $225 dollars to not have a job completed. Won’t return and also will never recommend to anyone.

Technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. I trust them with my vehicle, to do a good and thorough job. And they do. What I find fault with is the condition in which my car is returned. At 5'3" tall, my car seat is like an airplane seat, always in an upright and forward position. But I return to find I have to fall into the seat because some "giant" has it all the way back. I am always cold but last week, in February, I find the A/C is on. At least they did not change the radio channel because that I can handle. This 2025 Buick Enclave has a 30 inch screen and since I have had it only 8 months, cannot yet readily return it to a position in which I can operate comfortably. Tell the technicians to return the car in the same condition as they found it, especially the seat and temp controls!!! That is my only complaint.

George Crimmins was pleasant and helpful from our first encounter to driving away. He helped use an online coupon for a discount on the oil change and when a second more serious repair involving a right rear spring was discovered, he and the mechanic explained and provided me with a direct eyes-on view of the problem and why it happened. I also tried to get an additional discount, but the card issued by GM had expired. George tried multiple times to get the discount, and was unable to do so. Given that two of the three Buick Encores I've had ended up with major mechanical issues, I have reservations about the quality when they come from the factory. Snell Motors, however, has gone above and beyond in trying to minimize the inconvenience and hassle that factory quality control issues have produced, especially George and Jason in the service department. I love the ride and look, otherwise I wouldn't have gambled on another one. Third time's a charm, right? Erik (sp?) in sales was responsive, understanding and honest. Traits I look for in anyone, not just car salesmen. I will be back to Snell Motors. Hopefully not too soon, but I will be back!

My service has been excellent, but I’m a little concerned that I was just sold my car because I was a young girl and wouldn’t know that the cigarette smell would not come out. I was guaranteed that they’d be able to get the sent out after I left and with two times coming in to get detail that is still not out so I’m just a little frustrated at the lack of trustworthiness in the team. They replaced a map that had a nasty stain on it and got me new cabin air filters and have been trying to go the extra mile but I think that’s just because they know that they sold me a car with a pretty substantial issue. No hate just a little frustrated.

The technicians at Snell Motors are great. The problem with my 2025 Buick Enclave is not completely worked out but they are pursuing it from all angles. Electrical or technical problems are never easily nor quickly fixed. I was kept up to date on the progress or lack thereof. The courtesy car was at my disposal to take me to and from the mall. Everyone was understanding of the time and frustration this problem was causing for them as well as myself. We have worked with Snell Motors since purchasing our first Enclave in 2012 and subsequently leasing the next 5 Enclaves from Mankato Snell Motors and purchasing 2 GMC pickups in the years that followed. I am well pleased with Snell Motors in Mankato.

I came in for an airbag recall on my Buick Enclave. The customer service was excellent and there were many places for me and my granddaughter to wait while they replaced the airbag. When your vehicle is done they come and find you, which is nice. Popcorn, coffee, water and a place for the kids to color and watch TV are nice amenities while waiting. The service techs do a good job identifying any problem my car might be having. Even that strange sound on the right hand side of the front seat that only I can hear. They give it their best effort. Booking my service appointment was very easy and the representative at the desk was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. The shuttle driver was great and took me directly to my appointment and my wait time for him to return for me was very minimal. My truck was ready when I returned but before I was checked out it started pouring rain, an employee with a huge umbrella walked me to my truck. Your dealership will be doing all of my maintenance work.

I filled out a survey a few minutes ago and sent it in. I mentioned that I was told I needed brakes, then later I didn’t need brakes. It got rather confusing. It appeared that only one person was servicing customers (he must have had 10-12 invoices in front of him) and no one else was servicing customers. I assume he got me mixed up with another customer and as I gave the ok to replace my brakes I really gave the ok to fix someone else’s brakes. I’m not sure what that customer had to say when they showed up to find their brakes were replaced without their consent.

Laura was spectacular. She realized I was given a gasoline book for my service schedule(Tires for life) and switched the book out for the diesel book. Had OC & TR routine visit. Engine light had also come on - so diagnostics indicated some type of purge valve adjustment - no charge. I agreed to replacement of cabin & air filters. All work done well - pretty expensive for the filter replacements. I appreciate the inspection of the vehicle which recommended rear toe bar replacement. Just had this done in October 2023 when new tires were purchased thru Snells...so this is troubling (and expensive). I would suggest Service Advisor research previous work done prior to bringing this to my attention as all service work has been done thru Snells on this vehicle. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced with Snells as I trust their work. 2019 Buick Enclave has 87K miles - so will be looking to replace in 2027. Wait time for my servicing was approximately 2 hours - I did walk around show room looking at inventory, but did not get approached by sales staff while waiting for servicing to be completed. One of the concerning things about replacement to a new vehicle is the low trade in value presented online.
